We’re hiring! Head of Support Services – Maputo, Mozambique

Want to put your skills in finance, HR, and logistics to work for a mission that truly matters? Nitidæ is looking for a Head of Support Services to lead and strengthen the administrative backbone of our Mozambique country office.

Who we are

Nitidæ is a French NGO committed to forest conservation, agricultural value chain development, and rural economic growth. Operating in Mozambique since 2013, we currently run 4 major projects (ACAMOZ II, NAMULI, ENABEL, SATAF) with a team of ~40 people – and growing fast.

Your role

Reporting to the Country Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for all support functions:

$ Financial, budget & accounting management (incl. SAGA software rollout)

HR: payroll, legal compliance, recruitment & team management

Logistics & procurement: strategy, asset management, supply chain

Key technical liaison with HQ (Paris/Lyon)

Your profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Management;

3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international NGO;

Familiarity with donor regulations: AFD, EU, Enabel;

Portuguese + English required; French is a strong asset;

Rigorous, autonomous, interculturally savvy & field-oriented.
