Vaga – IT and networking

We’re hiring for a technical role in Maputo.

We are looking for someone with a solid IT and networking foundation who is practical, reliable, and interested in growing into the field of security systems.

This role combines IT infrastructure, systems installation, and on-the-job learning in areas such as CCTV and related technologies. It is a strong opportunity for someone who is technically capable and wants to build a longer-term career with room to grow.

What you’ll do:

• Support server and network setup and maintenance.
• Assist with installation and configuration of technical systems.
• Work on-site when needed, including equipment setup.
• Learn new systems and tools with support from experienced professionals.
• Help document processes and support smooth operations.
• Grow over time into more responsibility and technical leadership.

Who we’re looking for:

• Based in Maputo.
• Experience in IT support, networking, or server maintenance.
• Comfortable being hands-on and solving practical problems.
• Available to start in April 2026.
• Holds a valid Mozambican driver’s license.
• Open to learning and developing into a broader technical role.
