A local and international household goods removals, office relocation services, transport and distribution of cargo including international cargo logistics company, is recruiting a receptionist (administrative).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist (Administrative) position located in Maputo. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, directing calls, handling clerical and administrative tasks, scheduling and organizing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires maintaining effective communication and ensuring the office operates smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in performing general Receptionist Duties

A diploma or equivalent in business management is required

Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing, scheduling, and managing documentation

Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written using both English and Portuguese

Demonstrated Customer Service excellence with a friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a team

Proficient in using office equipment, such as telephones, printers, and scanners

Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, emailing and internet in general is highly desirable

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
